2008 Rates 

 
Our rates are in US dollars, and include all taxes (18%, which many hotels add to their published rates):

• Double room (two people): $95 with breakfast, $141 three meal plan.
• Single-in-double room: $80 with breakfast, $108 three meal plan.
• Single room with bath:  $50 with breakfast, $73 three meal plan.
• Single room with shared bath: $40 breakfast, $63 three meal plan.

* We accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards in Oaxaca, as well as traveler's checks or cash.

* An advance deposit to our US agent is required to confirm your reservation.

* We offer a 10% discount for full payment in advance of your arrival to our US agent.

* You may make your deposit, or your full payment, with a check to Casa Colonial Reservation Service at the mailing address shown on this page, or with a Visa or Mastercard credit card.  For instructions for paying with your credit card, please email reservations@casa-colonial.com

Usually the above rates apply only in the summer low season, but in 2008 the discounted summer rates will apply all year.

Ask us about our discounted rates for stays longer than two weeks.  We welcome long-term stays, and have special student rates, too.

We welcome families!  We'll add younger children in double rooms and in the family suites for a discounted additional charge. 

Well-behaved pets are welcome, too...we have our own sweet Chapulina, a real Oaxaca dog.

For your convenience, we have a US booking agent, our son-in-law John Bowman, in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.  John's friendly nature, Southern charm, and efficiency are widely praised by our guests.

We ask that prospective guests contact John and make their secure reservations through him, to avoid any confusion. 

John can answer questions about availability for the dates and number of rooms you want, and any others about reservations.
